The Quality Manager develops business management goals andobjectivesthat align to global company vision/mission for growth and prosperity. The manageris responsible fordesigning and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals. The manager is accountable to ensure that the company hasadequateand suitable resources to complete its required activities and deliverables.

This role combinesexpertiseinquality management systems (QMS),process optimization, andcontrolsto ensure compliance, and customer satisfaction. The position also plays a key role inleveragingemerging technologies,automation, anddata analyticsto promote efficiency and adherence to best in class quality management systems.


KEY ROLESAND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and oversee the work of employees and ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for growth and prosperity
  • Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of overall company goals
  • Ensure that the team has adequate and suitable resources to complete deliverables like people, material, equipment, tools, access, etc.
  • Organize and coordinate with business to ensure maximum productivity
  • Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain relationships with business functions, partners, users, etc.
  • Assess overall team performance against objectives like kpi, sla, metrics, etc.
  • Represent the team in business meetings, events, conferences, etc.
  • Ensure team adherence to company ISO 9001 and legal rules/guidelines.

Quality Management

  • Develop, implement, and maintainQuality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with ISO standards (ISO 9001-2015)
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
  • Monitor and evaluate quality metrics, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Conduct audits, identify gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Lead training and awareness programs on quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.

EDUCATION,EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant domain such as Engineering, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Informatics, Business Management or related field
  • Relevant work experience in Quality Management
  • Proven track record in implementing QMS & continuous improvement projects
