Join our team as a Quality Leader WG!
Lead and develop the Working Group (WG) Quality team, ensuring manufacturing process excellence and adherence to quality standards. Drive continuous improvement, monitor performance KPIs, and ensure robust quality controls across production while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class products to customers.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead, guide, and develop a team of 20+ quality professionals focused on manufacturing process excellence
• Train operators, quality inspectors, and production technicians, supporting their technical growth
• Monitor key quality KPIs (customer incidents, internal & external PPM, scrap cost, etc.) and drive performance improvements
• Define and implement robust methods to measure and track process performance
• Represent the company in customer complaint situations, ensuring alignment with quality strategy
• Develop, update, and optimize system procedures, work instructions, and internal documentation
• Coordinate internal process and product audits and lead improvement action plans
• Ensure compliance across manufacturing with quality procedures, standards, and control plans
• Oversee inspections and quality checks across processing and assembly stages
• Manage traceability and non-conformity flow, including scrap monitoring
• Block deliveries when products do not meet required specifications
• Initiate corrective and preventive actions and validate effectiveness
• Review and update process capability data and assess capability for new products/processes
• Participate in the development and validation of Process FMEAs and internal approvals
• Plan and deliver mandatory quality training programs for production teams
• Ensure continuous alignment of procedures and methods with best practices in quality management
What We Need:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in internal combustion engines, turbomachinery, or related field
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in automotive industry or relevant experience
• Experience in manufacturing engineering and quality in a fast-paced environment
• Product discipline with mechanical or component experience
• Experience leading technical teams
• Strong ability to balance priorities and manage complexity
• Proven ability to influence change and improve production outcomes
• Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies; Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus
• Advanced English level
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
