Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Provide technical quality support and guidance to site teams.
  • Assist with workforce competency verification and qualification compliance.
  • Conduct audits and assurance activities.
  • Deliver quality training and coaching across project teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice quality outcomes.

Safety Leadership

  • Champion and actively promote UGL's One HSE Culture.
  • Lead by example in safe work practices and quality behaviours.
  • Participate in daily pre-start meetings and site safety initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with safety systems, SWMS, risk assessments and PPE requirements.
  • Support incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
