Your mission, roles and responsibilities

A função do técnico de laboratório é analisar os produtos para garantir a sua conformidade, e participar na resolução de problemas.

Principais missões da função são:

Definir as instruções de medição e validação dos equipamentos (por exemplo através de estudos R&R)

Fazer medições especiais do laboratório (incl. Macografias, etc) para:

• Inspecções de recepção de acordo com o plano de controlo
• Peças PPAP (cliente e fornecedor)
• Auditorias ao produto
• Análise QRCI
• Inspecção de amostras
• Ensaios de Processo

Para medições 3D respeitar os standards nacionais e internacionais mais significativos

Gerir o plano de calibração e R&R (Repetibilidade & Reprodutibilidade) para medição de equipamentos (planeamento, execução, documentação)

Realizar auditorias ao produto (macografias, inspecção de layout, etc)

Em caso de não-conformidade ou risco de não-conformidade do produto escalar ao Responsável de Qualidade Produção & Cliente para tomada de decisão.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Habilitações Literárias Mínimas Ensino Secundário; preferencialmente licenciatura com especialização em mecânica

Experiência  Preferencialmente 2 anos de experiência em função similar
