Job Description

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Participate in daily incoming inspection activities to ensure materials meet quality requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including buyers, engineers, and logistics personnel to support incoming quality activities.
• Assist in converting manual incoming inspection forms into an automated inspection system.
• Perform buy-off for calibration reports and support calibration system updates and maintenance.
• Support quality documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements.

Education & Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing and quality systems preferred.
• Exposure to project coordination or process improvement activities is an advantage.

Skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
• Good oral, written, and presentation abilities.
• Creative, energetic, and self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work collaboratively with others.
