We are hiring a Quality Intern to join our team in Monterrey.

What you can expect as a RMA Lab Intern:

• Perform Electrical and Electronic Failure Analysis
• Assist in Root Cause Analysis for customer claims
• Support in Documentation and Reporting for each case received by customer.
• Perform all the logistics of new material reported by customer (Receiving and Material Control)
• Evaluate current process and perform Continues improvement to be more efficient.

Your profile as a Quality Intern

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in , Mechatronic engineer, Electrical engineer, Software engineer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in Customer quality service, electronic analysis, mechanical analysis, automotive product knowledge.
