Quality Intern
Accountable for Quality and company targets, supporting quality company strategy complying with Quality with all company policies
Coordinate and organize the quality documents, including certificates, inspection protocols etc. which are confirmed by QE, as per Inspection & Test Plan requirement, to prepare the data-book for products of all projects by hard copy and/or by QASC Tool, based on the component production and inspection status.
The data-book shall be ready in 1 week after the component status is in the next step which includes fabrication, Post Welding Heat treatment, Machining, painting, and shipment for the in-house manufacturing; the data-book shall be ready in 1 week after QE confirmed the inspection results which is done by QC for the outsourced/purchased components. According to Business Management System, support PQE to prepare and complete the Quality Data Book in one month after the component’s delivery.
Register a document number of each data-book in ECTR, prepare and print out data-book cover sheet, collect internal and external reports and put them in right place of data-book folder, binding up data-book after component shipment, archive and handover to project department.
College and above of Mechanical, Electrical, metal material, material process, automation or equivalent majors
Familiar with MS office software, experience in use of SAP is preferred
Have CET-4 certificate and skill in both reading and written English
