
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
2. Participate in internal and external audits.
3. Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of documentation and records.
4. Help collect, document, analyze, monitor, and report data related to problem‑solving and root‑cause investigations.
5. Help manage processes related to discrepant or scrapped materials.
6. Assist in incident investigation to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
7. Follow and apply SEL Values, Operating Principles, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
8. Understand, Create, and Simplify.
9. Perform other assigned duties.
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing a college degree in Engineering field or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical, writing, documentation, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.
Ability to work proactively and cooperatively in a team environment.
Negative drug test result(s).
Preferred Qualifications
Basic knowledge of IMS standards: ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements
Stand and walk for extended periods when activities require it (inspections, tours, verifications, others).
