What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responsible for facilitating the product return and replacement process

• Provide support to the department, RMA Production Control and Vendor Returns through RMA research, administrative tasks, and process improvements

• Respond to and process RMA requests, including issuing credit to customers

• Investigate customer RMA requests through WMS transaction history, Unity/CORS/DMS order history, inventory adjustments, special handling requirements, quality alerts, review of QOIs, datasheets and other documentations

• Interface with multiple warehouses, sales, asset, and suppliers for issue resolution

• Manage internal and external communications that come through the email, chat and phone

• Document all return transactions accurately in the system.

What We Are Looking For:

• Relevant system experience with Oracle and ETQ within Arrow Electronics is preferred

• 2 years of relevant experience using and navigating Arrow’s WMS system

• Knowledge of MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook

• Effective communication skills across multiple departments (warehouse, sales, asset, customers)

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English

• Experience performing detail-oriented tasks

• Troubleshooting skills, adaptability, competent multitasker

• Flexible with schedule

• An excellent attendance record
