  • Record inspection results and defect data in internal databases
  • Perform first article inspections on new or modified assemblies
  • Review documentation and ensure materials are properly labeled and handled
  • Support in-process monitoring of shipping, handling, and packaging
  • Assist in investigations related to product or documentation issues
  • Communicate with internal teams and customer inspectors during audits or source inspections

What you need

  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity – required
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics – required
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills – required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office – required
  • Experience with inspection equipment and test instruments – preferred
  • IPC-A-610 certification – preferred
  • Familiarity with MIL-STD-883 (Test Methods 2017) – preferred
  • High school diploma – required

What we offer

  • Opportunity to work with advanced microelectronic technologies
  • Clean and structured work environment combining manufacturing and office settings
  • Hands-on training and exposure to specialized inspection tools
  • A collaborative team culture focused on quality and continuous improvement
