Quality Inspector
About the Role:
The Quality Inspector performs a thorough inspection of every trailer by comparing trailer to inspection criteria and sales order and recording defects onto iPad and Traveler. The inspector communicated repeat defects effectively upstream, including escalation of events to Supervisor and QA when needed. Utilize control plans to aid in manufacturing of quality products to meet customer requirements. The inspector finished the inspection by ensuring all required paperwork is retained and serial numbers entered into System.

Physical Demands:
As a quality inspector, you are regularly required to stand, walk, lean, push, climb, sit, bend, kneel, stoop, handle and operate tools or controls for the length of their entire shift. The employee needs full range of motion in their arms and hands in this position. All quality inspectors must be able to successfully communicate with fellow employees as well. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus, along with good hand-eye coordination.
