• Carry out regular monitoring and surveillance of production areas to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Support investigations into incidents and accidents, including warranty claims and issues involving aircraft or related equipment.
• Prepare and analyze Aircraft Summary Reports in collaboration with the Technical Records Office.
• Review and authorize routine production work documents under supervision.
• Conduct audits following the approved internal audit schedule.
• Maintain and update SOPs and Quality Manuals as instructed.
• Perform quality inspections of production tasks according to SOPs.
• Examine tools, test equipment, and jigs to ensure proper condition and handling.
• Confirm certification of production work documents.
• Undertake any additional duties assigned by the Quality Superintendent or Quality Engineer.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Aerospace or Aviation Engineering, or a related qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably with military background.
• At least 1 year of experience working within a Quality environment.
• Good understanding of quality management systems such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent.
• Strong observational skills, keen attention to detail, and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across departments.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and generating reports.
