About The Role:

Atera is looking for a sharp, motivated Quality Infrastructure Engineer to join our team! You’ll be joining a squad focused on building features for our large-scale multi-tenant system, enabling our customers to better manage their business, infrastructure, and security.

Responsibilities:

As a Quality infrastructure Engineer you will be empowered to drive innovation by coming up with new and exciting ideas to creatively solve issues and proactively look for opportunities to ensure the quality by:

  • Develop and maintain automated test suites to ensure product reliability and performance.
  • Set up monitoring systems and alert mechanisms to track product stability and detect anomalies.
  • Configure and manage complex testing environments, including domain controllers and various operating systems, to reproduce and analyze customer issues accurately.
  • Plan and execute stress and scalability testing to evaluate system performance under heavy load.
  • Perform manual reviews and validations of AI interactions to ensure quality and expected behavior.
  • Participate in DevOps-related activities, such as managing log transitions and supporting continuous integration processes.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Engineering, QA, Automation testing, or DevOps working in an Agile environment OR a Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in parallel, all while paying attention to details.
  • Quick learner, self-starter, not afraid to ask questions or take ownership.
  • Clear communicator and a team player.

Advantage:

  • Familiarity with C#, .NET Core, and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
  • Experience with SaaS applications (deployed on Azure/AWS).
  • Experience in handling IT issues.
  • Advanced familiarity with operating systems.
  • Familiarity with software testing workflows and lifecycles.
