Job Description

Seeking an intelligent candidate with an auditing background or other relevant experience to join our Quality Assurance team. Primary responsibilities include researching and analyzing government regulations in order to conduct internal audits of agency departments that provide services to clients with psychiatric or developmental disabilities. Secondary responsibilities include conducting investigations regarding matters referred to the Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs. Candidates with experience with electronic health record systems and/or Excel spreadsheets are also strongly preferred. This full time position is based in Brooklyn and requires travel to scattered sites within New York City and/or Nassau County, Long Island. Must have valid New York or New Jersey driver’s license and full use of own vehicle. Salary commensurate with experience and proven skills. Position includes a competitive benefits package that includes a 403B retirement plan with employee contribution, sick and vacation paid time off (PTO) and for full time employees, health insurance. Free onsite gym for staff. Eligibility for all benefits is based on hours worked, employment classification, and fulfillment of applicable waiting periods and plan requirements.

Salary: $45,000 to $65,000
