We have an 8-month fixed-term opportunity for a Quality & Improvement Analyst to cover parental leave. In this role, youâll support improvements across operational performance, quality assurance, reporting and service provider invoicing within Network Operations.
Youâll work closely with a range of teams to solve problems, improve processes, and help ensure key operational work runs smoothly.
