Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of national safety and quality standards
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders

Highly regarded:

  • Postgraduate qualifications in clinical governance, quality improvement, or health education
  • Experience in digital product development or health technology implementation
  • Strong systems thinking and the ability to translate complexity into clear decisions
  • Excellent communication skills across clinical, technical, and executive audiences
  • High levels of professional judgement, ethical decision-making, and risk awareness
  • A commitment to fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement

Why Join Aspen Medical?

  • Opportunities to work across diverse and meaningful healthcare environments

  • Exposure to innovative service delivery models, including digital health

  • A global organisation with a strong reputation for clinical excellence
