General Summary:
The Finish Specialist is responsible for maintaining and restoring the appearance, functionality, and quality of interior and exterior finishes throughout the retirement community. The role supports resident comfort, safety, and satisfaction by performing skilled repairs, refinishing, painting, touch-up work, and detailed cosmetic maintenance in apartments, common areas, healthcare spaces, and facility grounds.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds Walking, standing, pushing, stooping, bending, stretching. Must be able to climb and descend ladders and stairs. Must be able to see, hear and communicate effectively with residents and staff.
