Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA procedures and standards for warehouse, transportation, and last-mile delivery activities.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of logistics processes, inventory handling, and packaging quality.
• Investigate quality issues such as mis-shipments, damages, delays, and non-conformances, lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
• Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and customer service teams to address quality-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, incidents, and improvement actions.
• Monitor compliance with internal SOPs, customer requirements, and relevant regulations.  
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce error rates, improve packaging standards, and optimize logistics flows.
• Support the onboarding and training of operations teams on quality standards and procedures.
• Report quality metrics (e.g., damage rate, mis-pick rate, claim frequency) and provide insights for performance improvement

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics operations or quality assurance, preferably in a 3PL or warehouse environment.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes, warehousing, and transportation flows.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality systems.
• Knowledge of lean principles or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Familiarity with QA methodologies, audits, and root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagram).
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.
