Perform systematic visual inspections of painted parts to detect foreign material defects (dust, fibers, insects, particles). Record, document, and classify defects according to quality standards. Support product and process audits to ensure compliance with specifications. Coordinate and participate in cross-functional problem-solving meetings (production, maintenance, engineering). Propose improvements in processes, equipment, or materials to enhance paint quality. Document results and present progress to supervisors or management. Ensure quality improvement through SIS methodology implementation
