About the Role
As the FlashBlade Quality Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of talented Quality Engineers and Software Test Developers focused on test automation, framework evolution, and product quality for FlashBlade. You will work cross-functionally with Development, Product Management, and Customer Support to identify coverage gaps, translate customer and product needs into scalable test strategy, and drive high-confidence releases in a modern CI/CD environment.
This role requires a balance of people leadership, technical judgment, execution discipline, and a continuous-improvement mindset.
This leader will help shape how FlashBlade scales quality as the product and business continue to grow. Success in this role means building a strong team, improving engineering effectiveness, and ensuring customers receive reliable, high-quality outcomes at scale.
