The impact you’ll make

You’ll uplift QE across the business, embedding ownership, improving automation quality, and creating reliable test environments that enable faster, better releases. You’ll ensure what we deliver truly works for our customers, from payment flows to devices.

What you will do

  • Lead the QE strategy and capability uplift across squads through a period of exciting change and transformation
  • Embed QE as a chapter model, driving consistency and ownership
  • Build effective automation frameworks focused on quality, not just metrics
  • Improve test environment continuity from non prod to production
  • Partner with Engineering and Product to validate real customer outcomes
  • Enable frequent, high quality releases
  • Coach and grow a high performing QE function

What you will bring

  • Strong QE leadership experience in payments, fintech or banking
  • Expertise in EFTPOS, EMV or payment scheme testing is highly regarded
  • People leader and grower
  • Track record of uplifting QE maturity and strategy through transformation
  • Hands on understanding of automation and SDLC
  • Technical/engineering background preferred
  • Experience across device, mobile and or physical testing environments
  • A proactive, ownership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Change management skills as we are uplifiting and reorganising the way we work
