Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will apply your business and functional knowledge to develop comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring that quality processes and methodologies are effectively utilized throughout the application lifecycle. You will also focus on defining and implementing key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution, ultimately driving quality and efficiency in the team’s output.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in quality engineering practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to ensure alignment with industry best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Veeva Vault.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Proficient in defining key performance indicators for testing processes.
- Ability to analyze and resolve defects efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Veeva CRM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
