Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead
Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating cross-functional planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. This role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. The day also includes defining and implementing key performance indicators to monitor testing activities, managing test execution, and facilitating defect resolution to maintain the overall quality of software products.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality objectives with project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure transparency in quality metrics and testing progress.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to validate software functionality and performance.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Ability to analyze test results and identify areas for improvement in test coverage and reliability.
- Familiarity with defect tracking systems and test management tools to streamline testing workflows.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
