Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead efforts to identify and integrate new testing technologies that enhance quality assurance capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members to build their expertise and support their professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality standards across projects.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing strategies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable testing architectures.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
