What You Will Be Doing

The Central Supplier Quality (CSQ) Core Operations team within MFC is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our Supplier Quality (SQ) processes. The role will focus on managing SQ processes which include and not limited to working CSQ Core Ops processes, running the monthly SQ All Hands and troubleshooting SQ systems such as Apriso and S/4. You will work closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant SQ processes.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Troubleshooting
• Diagnose and resolve Apriso and S/4 errors when needed
• Process Improvement
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects to streamline workflows, enhance tools, and update documentation
• Collaboration & Communication
• Act as a primary point of contact for suppliers, manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams regarding CSQ activities
• Data Integrity & Reporting
• Generate ad‑hoc data extracts and reports from Apriso and S/4, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
• ZQUAL Records Management
• Create, maintain, and monitor ZQUAL (Supplier Quality) records in accordance with internal standards and command media requirements.
• Ensure all data fields are complete, accurate, and updated promptly
• PAR Ticket Processing
• Receive, triage, and resolve PAR (Problem Action Request) tickets from internal teams and suppliers
• QR Text Key Exception Handling
• Liaise with suppliers, buyers, engineering and program quality to identify, analyze, and remediate QR (Quality Review) text key exceptions
• Dock to Stock (DTS)
• Act as a primary point of contact for DTS process

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications

U.S. citizenship (required for access to classified supplier systems)

STEM Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience, 3+ years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree, or equivalent combined education/experience

Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

Proficiency with Apriso and S/4 or similar ERP systems

Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive corrective actions

Detail‑oriented with a focus on data accuracy and compliance

Desired Skills

Familiarity with ISO 9001, AS9100, or other aerospace quality standards

Experience with SQ processes

Advanced Excel such as creating macros

SQL scripting for data extraction

Experience with Apriso nonconformances and SCARs

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
