The Senior Production & Quality Engineer is responsible for developing, designing, specifying, and documenting systems focused on Product and Process Quality Assurance. This role supports the actions required to ensure products and processes meet and exceed customer expectations and specifications.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Drive customer quality claim reduction and Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ) reduction initiatives.
  • Administer Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.
  • Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
  • Manage product engineering changes and Bill of Materials (BOM) updates.
  • Support and execute cost reduction processes.

Skills and Minimum Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or a similar field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Quality Management System (QMS) implementation experience.
  • Quality Assurance knowledge.
  • Corrective Action Management and problem-solving techniques.
  • Process Control knowledge, including the definition and monitoring of critical process variables.
  • Experience maintaining product specifications and documentation.
  • APQP / PPAP knowledge, including PFMEA, Product Specifications, Test Specifications, Control Plans, Process Flow Charts, and Calibration.
  • Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) knowledge.
  • Advanced English proficiency (90%).
  • Strong negotiation skills, proactive approach, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Travel Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or a similar field.
