As a Quality Engineer specializing in semiconductor manufacturing, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality management systems that ensure our clients' products meet the highest standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and resolve quality issues in complex manufacturing environments.

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Developing and promoting continuous improvement best practices across semiconductor manufacturing processes.
  • Conducting quality audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
  • Analyzing quality data and preparing comprehensive reports on metrics and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions to quality issues.
  • Creating and maintaining quality documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
  • Reviewing and interpreting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure alignment with quality standards.

Your profile

  • Master's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in quality engineering, with a focus on semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with quality management systems and continuous improvement tools (Six Sigma, Lean).
  • Proficiency in analyzing technical documents, including SLAs and specifications.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
