Your contribution to something big

We are looking for an engaged and experienced Quality Engineer who can drive and develop our Quality Management System (QMS). You will be our in-house QMS expert, collaborating closely with various departments to ensure our processes maintain the highest standards.

  • Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the site Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and Bosch management system requirements
  • QMS expert and trusted advisor for all departments, supporting practical and value‑adding application of requirements
  • Plan, lead, and execute internal system and process audits, ensuring clear conclusions and sustainable corrective actions
  • Coordinate and lead external certification and market audits, including preparation, execution, and closure of findings
  • Lead and govern management system documentation, ensuring compliance, clarity, and usability
  • Support quality management reviews with fact‑based input on system performance, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Promote a positive, solution‑oriented quality culture, coaching process owners and teams across the organization

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree, in engineering, Quality Management, or related
  • Extensive experience in Quality Management, quality tools, manufacturing processes within a manufacturing environment
  • Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor with strong hands‑on audit experience on Quality Methods, processes and tools
  • Proven ability to independently own and drive a site‑level Quality Management System
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred skills:

  • Experience working as a specialist for Quality Management System in an international industrial organization
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, solution‑oriented attitude that builds trust across departments
  • Ability to challenge constructively while maintaining strong working relationships
  • Structured, self‑driven, and pragmatic way of working
  • Knowledge of Swedish.
