Join our EASA Part-145 approved maintenance organization and actively contribute to the performance of our Quality, Safety, and Environment (QSE) system.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Compliance Monitoring and Safety Management Manager, you will ensure regulatory compliance and the performance of the quality system across all MRO sites, including outstations.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Participate in the deployment and maintenance of the quality system, regulatory compliance, and safety (Part 145).
  • Contribute to the planning, execution, and follow-up of internal audits (quality and safety), as well as the management of corrective actions.
  • Ensure document management (MOE, manuals, procedures) and regulatory monitoring in line with authority requirements (OSAC/DGAC).
  • Assist in managing APRS certifications and monitoring the files of certified personnel.
  • Support relations with oversight authorities (OSAC/DGAC) and manage approval evolutions.
  • Ensure compliance of maintenance activities, including those performed by subcontractors.
  • Contribute to the Safety Management System (SMS): risk identification and assessment, action plan monitoring, safety event management, reporting, and safety committee facilitation.
  • Participate in implementing the QSE policy and continuous process improvement.
  • Monitor QSE indicators, analyze non-compliance issues, and propose improvement actions.
  • Raise awareness and support teams on quality, safety, environmental, and risk prevention requirements.

REQUIRED PROFILE

  • Degree: Bachelor’s (Bac +3) to Master’s (Bac +5) in aeronautics, maintenance, or quality management
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a Part 145 environment (maintenance, quality supervision)
  • Strong knowledge of EASA Part 145 / Part M / CAMO / Part 66 regulations
  • Internal auditor certification or training (Part 145) is a plus
  • Proficiency in English (reading procedures, audit reports)
  • Mobility: Occasional travel (France and abroad)
