About the Company

Our client is a leading electronics & automotive components manufacturer at WHA Eastern Seaboard Industrial Estate 1, Rayong, operating to IATF 16949 standards.

The Quality Engineer leads pre-mass-production quality planning, drives root-cause problem solving, and is the bridge between customer quality requirements and the production line.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality planning prior to mass production; track execution effectiveness.
• Identify product/process special characteristics; develop Flow Chart and PFMEA.
• Receive customer quality requirements, communicate internally, and follow up on planning and execution.
• Drive systemic and line-specific improvements; verify results.
• Form cross-functional teams to resolve abnormal processes, NCRs and customer complaints.
• Periodically review inspection documents; improve inspection plans, standards and inspector training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Mechanical, Materials or related field.
• 5+ years' quality management experience in electronics, mechanical or automotive industry (preferred).
• 3+ years' experience leading quality on new projects.
• Skilled in 8D, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP and QC tools.
• Strong systematic and analytical thinking; able to work step by step.
• Strong English (listen/speak/read/write) for direct customer communication; Chinese is a strong advantage.

What's on Offer

• Salary: THB 35,000 – 60,000 per month (above-range negotiable)
• Working days: 6 days/week (Mon–Sat)

รายละเอียดงาน

วิศวกรคุณภาพ (QE) นำการวางแผนคุณภาพก่อน Mass Production แก้ปัญหาเชิงระบบ และเชื่อมโยงข้อกำหนดของลูกค้ากับสายการผลิต

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• นำการวางแผนคุณภาพก่อนการผลิตจำนวนมาก และติดตามประสิทธิภาพ
• ระบุคุณลักษณะพิเศษของผลิตภัณฑ์/กระบวนการ จัดทำ Flow Chart และ PFMEA
• รับข้อกำหนดด้านคุณภาพจากลูกค้า ชี้แจงภายใน ติดตามการวางแผนและดำเนินงาน
• ผลักดันการปรับปรุงปัญหาเชิงระบบและปัญหาเฉพาะบนสายการผลิต ติดตามผล
• จัดตั้งทีมข้ามสายงานแก้ไขปัญหากระบวนการผิดปกติ NCR และข้อร้องเรียนลูกค้า
• ทบทวนเอกสารตรวจสอบเป็นระยะ ปรับปรุงแผน/มาตรฐาน และฝึกอบรมพนักงานตรวจสอบ

คุณสมบัติ

• ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เครื่องกล วัสดุ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารคุณภาพอย่างน้อย 5 ปี ในอุตสาหกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ เครื่องกล หรือยานยนต์ (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• ประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารคุณภาพในโครงการใหม่อย่างน้อย 3 ปี
• ใช้ 8D, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, APQP และ QC Tools ได้คล่อง
• คิดวิเคราะห์อย่างเป็นระบบ ทำงานเป็นขั้นตอน
• ภาษาอังกฤษ (ฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน) ดี สื่อสารกับลูกค้าเป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้; ภาษาจีนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

สิ่งที่จะได้รับ

• เงินเดือน 35,000 – 60,000 บาทเดือน (เกินช่วงสามารถเจรจาได้)
• ทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ (จันทร์–เสาร์)
