You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

• Ensure product and process quality in serial production by monitoring quality performance, driving containment actions, and supporting stable manufacturing processes
• Lead problem-solving and root cause analysis activities for internal defects, customer complaints, and process deviations using structured quality methods
• Act as a core team member on the shopfloor, coordinating quality-related actions with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to achieve operational targets
• Manage quality improvement initiatives and quality systems, including audits, corrective actions, deviations, rework approvals, and continuous improvement activities
• Serve as the interface between operations and customer quality, ensuring customer requirements are translated into effective production controls and quality standards

This is what you bring to us:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or a comparable technical field
• Several years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive or automotive supplier industry
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and problem-solving methodologies (IATF 16949, VDA, 8D, FMEA, SPC, Control Plan, 5 Why, Six Sigma)
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive corrective actions
• Fluent English skills and confident use of quality and data analysis tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Minitab, MS Office); German and/or French are considered an advantage
