We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer to join our production team. This role is critical to ensure that our optical fiber products meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do


  • Lead quality assurance activities across manufacturing processes.
  • Address product non-conformities and drive corrective actions.
  • Facilitate design reviews, FMEAs, and implement fool-proofing strategies during new product development and change management.
  • Improve quality by controlling 4M+1E methodology to ensure no batch Quality Issue and reduce RMA rate
  • Prepare for and conduct internal and customer audits.
  • Oversee product design, development, and mass production transfer projects from a quality perspective.
  • Conduct internal audits and process checks to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Review PPAPs, FAI reports, and supplier audits for new equipment and tooling.
  • Provide training on updated quality procedures.
  • Analyse process performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage customer complaints using 8D methodology.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and proactively recommend quality and process improvements.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing quality assurance, preferably in fiber optics or electronics.
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards and quality systems.
  • Experience with PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and statistical process control.
  • Excellent communication skills in a global work environment.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
  • DFMEA/PFMEA analysis capability.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Polish

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Familiarity in production processes of optical communication products or components.
  • Knowledge of fiber optic standards and testing protocols.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as IEC, TIA/EIA, Telcordia, and ISO relevant to fiber optic manufacturing. Knowledge of optical component and subsystem, TL9000 or ISO9001 or ISO14001 internal auditor certificates.
  • Good knowledge of material properties.
  • Good knowledge of 8D, 5W1H,7QC tools, FMEA
  • Good at Agile/RMA System.
