Your tasks

• Ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as internal and external process and product quality
• Participation in the reduction of quality-related losses (internal and external failure costs, waste costs...)
• Creation of predefined quality documents (for example, 8D reports, PDCA documentation, SAP quality notifications, product history,...)
• Participating in root cause analysis based on Brose's problem management process (appointing, moderating and coordinating the problem solving team)

Your Profile

• Final-year students or recent graduates (Faculty of Technical Sciences, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Organizational Sciences or similar)
• Good knowledge of MS Office package
• Fluent English language skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Interest in starting a career in the automotive industry
