The opportunity
Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services.Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact
1. You will assist the quality team in completing incoming inspection, in-process inspection and finished product inspection of products, and record inspection data.
2. You will sort out and count quality data, assist in preparing quality analysis reports, and feedback abnormal quality problems in time.
3. You will participate in the follow-up of corrective and preventive actions for quality non-conformities, and track the implementation effect.
4. You will assist in sorting out quality management documents and inspection standards, and maintain the integrity of quality records and complete other related work assigned by the superior.
5. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a b achelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, material, industrial engineering, quality management or related fields.
2. Familiar with basic quality management tools, and have a basic understanding of ISO9001 quality management system.
3. Have basic ability of reading engineering drawings and using conventional testing tools.
4. Careful and responsible work, strong communication and problem solving awareness.
5. Basic computer office software operation ability.
