A Day in The Life Of:

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Develops,modifies,appliesandmaintainsquality standards and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finishedproducts.

• Collaborates with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place.   

• Participates in preparing/critically reviewing/approving NCMRs/CAPAs/ Investigations and validation activities, providing expert QA technical direction and solutions asappropriate  

• Ensures effective product control measuresin the event ofissues being noted.  

• Provides guidance, coaching, training, delegation of work and review of others' work to other employees within job area. 

• Designs or specifies inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment; conducts quality assurance tests; and performs statistical analysis to assessthe cost of anddeterminethe responsibility for products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.  

• Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards, and that documentation is compliant with requirements.  

Key Skills & Experience

• Level 8Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or technical field with 4+ years of experience in Quality or Medical Devices or Advanced degree in Engineering,Scienceor technical field with 2+ years of experience in Quality and/or Engineering. 

• You are technically orientated with a strong risk-based approach to problem solving.

• You can work independently under limited supervision todetermineand develop this best approach. 

• You are a dynamic team player and leader and can work effectively and proactively on cross-functional teams witha high levelof enthusiasm and motivation.

• Strong communication, organizational, presentation and leadership skills are desirable.

• Excellent problem-solving skills are desirable.

• Experience with Agile, SAP and SAP ME an advantage. 

• You are a good communicator and fluent in English, both verbal and written.
