As a Quality Engineer II, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across multiple processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that production quality standards meet AS9100 requirements. This role requires hands-on experience in quality engineering, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining high standards of quality and compliance

Job Requirements and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering within the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of AS9100, ISO 9001 and Nadcap standards.
• Proven experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., A3, 5 WHY’s SPC, DMAIC, 8D).
• Proficiency in quality management software and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Individual must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• This position requires access to ITAR-controlled information and materials. The successful candidate must meet all ITAR eligibility requirements, including being a U.S. person as defined by ITAR.
Preferred Skills:
• Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ, CQE, Internal Audit Certification).
• Familiarity with aerospace finishing processes such as anodizing, chemfilm, primer, and/or topcoat application.
Reports To The Quality Engineer reports to the Quality Assurance Manager.
