Collaborates directly with suppliers and appropriate teams to resolve compliance of processes to established specifications. You'll analyze data, identify quality concerns and trends, prepare reports and recommendations, and help drive corrective actions when needed. This role will also serve as Quality Assurance support as needed. You will support continuous improvement initiatives and help deliver outstanding products while maintaining the company’s dedication to quality and customer happiness. Responsibilities:QA Execution

• Assist in new project risk assessment (product, design, package, formula, etc.) to evaluate risks and initiate contingency plans.
• Assist in growing production capacity and implementation of new and reformulated products.
• Investigate process or product deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Support new project risk evaluation (product, design, package, formula, etc.) to identify risks and develop contingency plans.
• Support scale-up production and introduction of new and reformulated products.
• Evaluate test data captured or received by supplier for compliance to standards.
• Support QA Lab on CM’s first production submissions for approval.
• Maintain relationship with 3rd party testing lab. Gain full understanding of testing processes and procedures as well as our pass / fail criteria
• Communicate to internal partners Quality Control Issue Management
• Provide technical root cause analysis support to vendors and internal partners.
• Collect and record data using basic measuring tools.
• Evaluate data for trends leading to Corrective Actions.
• Perform QC evaluations on individual products as compared to standards.
• Perform inspections on product. Special Projects: Vendor Performance, Value Engineering Support, Process Improvements
• Provide support to worldwide contract manufacturing operations.
• Will assist when necessary to support program under supervision from more Senior QA Associates
• Communicate Quality Assurance policies and procedures to suppliers and internal partners.
• Support vendors as needed for pre-production and production issues.
• Monitor vendor’s performance and solve issues to drive continuous improvement.
• Perform inspections of merchandise to resolve acceptability of product and compliance to specifications.

Qualifications

Qualifications• 0-3 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in quality planning, project management, quality control processes, statistical techniques and GMP
• Ability to problem solve and make informed decisions
• Comfortable performing complex projects along with day-to-day activities
• Strong communicator with the ability to partner with roles at all levels both internally and externally
• Ability to work efficiently within a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Ability to travel 10 – 20% and/or as needed to support QA Team
• Proficient with everyday software and digital tools Education• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience; Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred.
