Job Description

We are currently seeking a Quality Engineer I to join an international, innovative, and quality-driven environment. This is a 6-month temporary position, with a strong possibility of extension

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support supplier quality and change control activities, ensuring compliance with established requirements.
  • Collaborate with suppliers on quality issue investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
  • Monitor supplier performance through quality metrics, risk assessments, and audits
  • Support supplier qualification, development, and continuous improvement to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in manufacturing transfer, expansion, and readiness initiatives, working closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality teams.
  • Support the development and implementation of manufacturing quality processes, controls, and systems
  • Participate in investigations, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Communicate quality requirements, project status, risks, and recommendations to internal teams and suppliers

Requirements

  • Broad theoretical knowledge related to the position, typically acquired through specialized academic education.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in positions or functions related to the field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborative environments
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
