Asegurar el cumplimiento y mantenimiento del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad mediante la implementación, seguimiento y mejora de procesos, procedimientos y estándares de calidad aplicables a la organización.
Responsabilidades principales:
Mantener y dar seguimiento al Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de normas y estándares aplicables (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, entre otras).
Coordinar y participar en auditorías internas y externas.
Dar seguimiento a acciones correctivas y preventivas derivadas de auditorías o no conformidades.
Elaborar, actualizar y controlar documentación del sistema de calidad.
Monitorear indicadores de calidad y generar reportes.
Brindar soporte a diferentes áreas en temas relacionados con calidad y cumplimiento.
Participar en proyectos de mejora continua.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de procedimientos, políticas y estándares establecidos.
Requisitos:
Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Calidad o carrera afín.
Experiencia en Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad.
Conocimiento en ISO 9001 e IATF 16949.
Experiencia en auditorías internas y manejo de documentación.
Conocimiento en herramientas de calidad (8D, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, etc.).
Inglés intermedio/avanzado (dependiendo de la operación).
Manejo de Microsoft Office y sistemas de calidad.
