What You Will Do

  • Support quality projects implementation and validation
  • Utilize computer systems (e.g. work instructions, labor charging, prints, and standards)
  • Support Project changes, schedule, prioritization and execution.
  • Support Evaluation, disposition, and implementation of corrective actions following non-conforming material procedures
  • Provide project status on a frequent basis
  • Promote mistake proofing solutions
  • Recognize and take steps to resolve work area issues
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed

What You Will Learn

  • Electronics Manufacturing process flow
  • Basic project management tools
  • Aerospace industry standard requirements
  • Aerospace Quality Management System
  • Use of root cause and corrective action tools
  • Read and interpret assembly and inspection instructions, procedures, industry standards , engineering prints, etc.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
  • Good reading, writing & math skills
  • Good computer skills (MS Office; Word and Outlook) Daily use of computers.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Knowledge of office software apps
  • Fully bilingual speaking and writing in English
  • Handle multiple tasks at the same time
  • Good communication skills to multiple organization levels

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Ability to read and interpret assembly / test instructions, engineering standards, engineering prints, and schematics for electronics environment
  • Pursuing Industrial Engineering degree or similar

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
