Job Description

About The Role:

We are seeking a Quality Engineer, Airworthiness and Certification to support and maintain compliance across our aviation quality and certification activities. This role is responsible for ensuring continued adherence to Part 145 and Part 21 requirements, supporting certification activities, and maintaining the quality systems that govern maintenance and airworthiness processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders to support audits, certification programs, corrective actions, and ongoing compliance obligations.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage and support compliance with Part 145 and Part 21 regulatory requirements

  • Lead and support certification and airworthiness activities across relevant programs

  • Maintain and improve quality systems related to maintenance, repair, and certification

  • Prepare for and support regulatory audits, inspections, and authority interactions

  • Monitor compliance trends and identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

  • Support root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and issue resolution

  • Review procedures, records, and documentation to ensure regulatory and internal compliance

  • Provide guidance to cross-functional teams on quality and airworthiness requirements

  • Support internal and external audits and follow up on audit findings to closure

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of quality and compliance processes

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, aerospace, quality, or a related field

  • Significant experience in aviation quality, airworthiness, certification, or compliance

  • Strong working knowledge of Part 145 and Part 21 requirements

  • Experience supporting audits, regulatory inspections, and certification activities

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies

  • Experience in an aviation maintenance, MRO, or aerospace certification environment
