Position Purpose

Ensure the quality of assigned processes and products through risk management, audits, problem-solving, and continuous improvement, while working cross-functionally with multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor process and product performance to identify risks and deviations.
  • Coordinate quality activities related to changes, product launches, and transfers.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions (RCA, 8D, A3, CAPA).
  • Facilitate risk assessments (P-FMEA) and change reviews.
  • Conduct and support process, product, and system audits.
  • Review quality evidence for product releases, testing, and changes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and defect reduction efforts.
  • Track KPIs and promote a culture of quality.

Required Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in problem-solving, audits, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in the electrical, automotive, aerospace, or metalworking industries is preferred.

Technical Knowledge

  • ISO 9001:2015.
  • RCA, 8D, CAPA, A3, and PDCA methodologies.
  • P-FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA.
  • Interpretation of technical drawings and specifications.
  • NCR management, change management, and audits.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • SAP and Power BI (preferred).
