Support manufacturing process and product quality by applying Goodyear standards, quality tools, and problem-solving techniques to improve process performance and compliance.

What You Will Do

• Monitor process performance and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Apply problem-solving and root-cause analysis tools to address process issues.
• Support ISO/IATF standards, audits, and corrective actions.
• Assist with technical specifications, process documentation, and compliance.
• Participate in assigned quality and improvement projects.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 0+ years of experience; entry-level candidates welcome.
• Knowledge of quality systems and problem-solving tools.
• Familiarity with Core Tools: FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, and Control Plan.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949 preferred.
