Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Undertake the responsibility of receiving and conveying customer-side quality complaints, provide prompt responses to customers on behalf of the company, and take charge of fostering and maintaining sound customer relationships as well as internal team collaboration.
2. Coordinate internal teams to conduct in-depth analysis of the root causes of non-conformities, formulate targeted improvement measures, and track and validate the effectiveness of such measures throughout the implementation process.
3. Organize, compile and submit responses to non-conformity reports in strict accordance with customer requirements. For matters involving product return and exchange, non-conforming product disposal, and third-party inspection, initiate applications in the CAR (Corrective Action Request) system in compliance with the internal NCMR (Non-Conforming Material Report) process, and follow up on the entire process until the cases are formally closed.
4. Conduct statistical aggregation and in-depth analysis of customer complaints, complete the Lessons Learned documentation, and distribute the same to relevant internal teams for knowledge sharing.
5. Be responsible for the preliminary quality planning of new products in the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) phase, including but not limited to:
Job Qualifications:
1. Possess excellent communication skills, strong team collaboration capabilities, effective expression skills and systematic problem-solving abilities.
2. Have a thorough understanding of the requirements specified in IATF16949 and the 5 Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC), and be proficient in their practical application in work scenarios.
3. Be well-versed in the customer complaint handling procedures and standards of major domestic and international OEM&CMs.
4. Be willing and able to undertake short-term and short-distance temporary business trips as required by work.
5. Demonstrate the ability to independently set work objectives, effectively implement work schedules, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
6. Have in-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes such as die-cutting, coating, wrapping, stamping and laser welding.
7. Be familiar with the quality management system requirements of IATF16949 and ISO9001, and have experience in implementing or maintaining relevant systems.
8. Possess proficient English language skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing, capable of handling English-based work documents and communications.
9. Hold an educational background in engineering-related disciplines (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, etc.).
