Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. The role focuses on integrating various components and ecosystems to speed up delivery while maintaining high standards of quality. Daily activities include executing continuous testing processes that cover security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. The position also involves developing and refining automation strategies, creating automated test scripts, and managing data and environment configurations. Additionally, the role requires active participation in code reviews, tracking and reporting defects, and contributing to ongoing improvements in testing methodologies to ensure robust and reliable software delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes within the development lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance testing frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Monitor testing outcomes and provide detailed feedback to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
- Strong analytical skills to design and execute comprehensive test plans that align with project requirements.
- Experience in developing automation strategies and creating automated test scripts to streamline testing efforts.
- Ability to manage data and environment configurations to support various testing scenarios.
- Familiarity with continuous testing practices, including security, API, and regression testing.
- Competence in participating in code reviews and defect tracking to support quality assurance processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
