Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

As a Quality Engineer, your day involves collaborating with diverse teams to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the entire application lifecycle. You engage in continuous testing activities, ensuring security and functionality through various testing suites. Your role includes developing automation strategies and scripts, managing data and environment configurations, and actively participating in code reviews. You also monitor and report defects, contributing to ongoing improvements in testing processes to maintain high-quality standards across projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes within the development lifecycle.
- Assist in maintaining and enhancing automated test frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on testing best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to testing methodologies and tools.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, including regression, API, and security testing.
- Ability to configure and manage test environments and data to support automated testing activities.
- Familiarity with code review processes and defect tracking tools to ensure quality and traceability.
- Capability to analyze test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
