Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and TL9000 standards through documentation control, process audits, and CAPA.
  • Lead internal audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Telecom quality metrics.
  • Administer the Quality Review Board (QRB) process for design changes, ensuring reliable product evaluation.
  • Define and enforce ESD and Cleanroom protocols, overseeing compliance and testing programs.
  • Develop and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) for supply chain and operational disruptions.
  • Deliver training programs for operators and technicians on quality standards and manufacturing protocols.
  • Coordinate customer audits, preparing documentation and addressing findings from Telecom and semiconductor clients.
  • Respond to quality-related inquiries and maintain traceability and documentation for product changes.

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or Telecom hardware production
  • Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and TL9000 standards
  • Experience with engineering change control processes
  • Proven analytical and organizational skills

Nice-To-Have:

  • Familiarity with additional standards (e.g., ANSI 20.20)
  • Experience in telecom packaging processes
  • Knowledge of ESD and Cleanroom protocols
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
