Sales and Operations Engineering is part of IS&T and drives the technology behind Apple's global operations, sales, and supply chain. The Sales Engineering team is the technical backbone powering our in-store and digital Channel Sales partner ecosystems. We connect business vision with technical execution, designing scalable, integrated systems that enhance customer engagement and partner performance.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience testing AEM-based solutions is a plus.
Experience testing Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent. 5+ years of relevant experience.
Solid understanding of development lifecycles, testing methodologies, and QA processes.
Experienced in developing test plans, building tools, and test frameworks.
Computer Science fundamentals and experience in object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms
Proficiency in a programming language (e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL)
Experience understanding and/or testing with APIs
Programming experience with automation scripting/tools/tests harness (e.g. Selenium, Cucumber, Karate, RestAssured, Appium)
Experience with building & leveraging Gen AI evaluation frameworks, skills, agents, plugins for QE workflow efficiencies.
Strong debugging skills to identify software issues.
