The Role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer who is passionate about building quality into software throughout the development lifecycle. In this role, you will help deliver reliable, secure, and scalable products by combining strong testing skills, automation expertise, and a proactive approach to problem solving. You'll work closely with developers, product managers, and global teams to identify risks early, improve test coverage, and ensure customers receive high-quality experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work while continuously learning modern quality engineering practices, cloud technologies, and AI-powered tools

What You’ll Do

Quality Engineering & Risk Assessment

• Review product requirements, user stories, and code changes to identify potential quality risks.
• Design and execute effective test strategies that provide meaningful coverage for new features and enhancements.
• Investigate defects, perform root cause analysis, and partner with developers to drive resolution.

Test Automation

• Build and maintain automated tests across UI, API, and integration layers.
• Expand automation coverage by identifying repetitive and high-value test scenarios.
• Contribute to automation framework improvements that increase reliability and efficiency.
• Good knowledge in Playwright

CI/CD & Continuous Testing

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to provide rapid feedback on code changes.
• Support release validation activities and ensure quality checkpoints are met before deployment.
• Monitor test results and collaborate with engineering teams to address quality issues quickly.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Partner with Product, Engineering, DevOps, and global stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes.
• Contribute ideas that improve quality processes, tooling, and engineering efficiency.
• Demonstrate ownership and urgency in resolving quality issues and supporting successful releases

What You Bring

• Experience in software testing, quality engineering, or test automation in an Agile development environment.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools, frameworks, and scripting/programming languages.
• Ability to analyze code changes, understand feature impact, and determine appropriate test coverage.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ownership, proactiveness, and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and globally distributed teams

Even Better If You Have

• Experience with AWS services and cloud-based applications.
• Exposure to performance testing tools such as K6, JMeter or similar platforms.
• Exposure to security testing, vulnerability assessment, or secure development practices.
• Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools, test generation, or developer productivity solutions.
• Experience working with observability and monitoring platforms such as Coralogix, Grafana, Datadog or similar tools

• Execute performance, load, and reliability tests to validate application behavior under expected workloads.
• Participate in security validation activities, vulnerability reviews, and secure testing practices to help reduce risk.
