Key Area of Responsibility
Assure vendorsFKR, CFA and CFIA are well trained up and readyfor empoweringthemselvesconductPre FPA, MPA audit of new onboard FactoryArrangetraining for newly onboarded factory onPeople, Process and Product.
Collaborate with vendors and all stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the production process
Evaluate the qualityKPIsof the factories,monitor,supportand
Attend RAMT4meetingwith cross functionteamanddeterminethe ProductriskLevelandestablishCPAfor high-risk programs Share the updates with VFQA and factory and confirm implementation
Support vendors with technical guidance, quality training, andstandardSOPs to improve processes and meet VF standards.
Identifyglobal best practice improvementsforprocess,productsand manufacturing requirements for global alignment.
Be an active SME and involve in project-basedtaskto have continuous improvement.
Support andmonitorthe factory internal lab testing SOP against Brand standards and Industrial/Country requirements
Work with QualityManagerand factoryforProblem solving & Technical support
Provide weekly/bi-weekly/monthly process improvementdatato map progress
